Full House: S6E5: Lovers and Other Tanners (Tanner Girls In Love Series)

Hey Full House Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, I'm covering the last episode in the Tanner Girls In Love Series with Full House S6E5: Lover s and Other Tanners, which aired on October 20, 1992. In this episode DJ's responsibilities take a back seat as her relationship with Steve escalates. This was a fun episode, as it shows how DJ's character is getting older and having her first boyfriend and the first feelings and declaration of love. It's a big deal, especially as teenagers, because at that age EVERYTHING is a big deal. Sadly due to DJ being on Cloud 9 with Steve, Danny quickly takes notice as her grades start to slip and her responsibilities get put on the back burner. Jesse and Joey's BIG Radio debut as the Rush Hour Renegades is almost over before it begins when Jesse comes down with a head cold and he overcompensates on the cold pills taking more than the recommended amount (DON'T EVER DO THAT, DO YOU HEAR ME!)which knocks Jesse out for most of the show leaving Joey to talk for two and save their jobs while Jesse is passed out asleep on the couch. Danny has his own declaration of love with Vicki and is able to see things from DJ's side about being in love as Danny says "I can't believe it, I feel like a teenager again". And finally, Michelle is the last little Honey Bee of the Tanners to wear the coveted uniform, antennae and stinger included. Honestly I think we get more Honey Bee side storylines with Michelle than we did with Stephanie, granted nothing can top the Sleepover Episode from Season 4. Full House S7E13: The Perfect Couple, which aired on December 14, 1993. In this episode Joey has been hired as the host for a test-run of a new game show called The Perfect Couple, which tests couples at different stages in their relationships, to see how well they know each other. DJ and Steve are the "dating couple", Danny and Vicki are the "engaged couple", and Jesse and Rebecca are the "married couple". But as it turns out, the game starts to bring out the worst in all three relationships. and S7E19: Love on the Rocks, which aired on March 1, 1994.
