Full Send - First John, Part 3 (1 John 2:1-6)

Pastor Josh Carstensen is continuing a series on First John, where we see God's love through His wrath. Sin is not doing what's right. And when you sin, God's wrath gets poured out. For example, the prophet Jeremiah pleaded with the Israelites to obey God, but when they refused to obey, God poured out His wrath on the Israelites. And the good news is that we now have an advocate in Jesus. So, instead of God pouring his wrath on you, Jesus takes it for you. After the message, reflect on how you've sinned and praise God that he loves you so much that he sent Jesus, who took on the punishment you deserve.
