A 63-year-old diner is suing a Waffle House in Pennsylvania, alleging he sustained severe injuries after an "improperly installed" toilet seat tipped over and threw him to the floor. The plaintiff filed a six-figure lawsuit in Harrisburg federal court, claiming the fall caused "permanent" injuries. “The Odyssey” was released this week, and it shot to the top of the box office in spite of harsh criticism from the conservative right.
