00:00 – 27:58 – JMV begins the show by diving into the end of the Colts season, and the fact that Chris Ballard and Shane Steichen will keep their jobs despite another year of missing the playoffs. He talks about how the Colts are stuck in the past, and don’t seem to understand where they are as an organization.  27:59 – 44:05 – JMV continues to talk about the Colts and DeForest Buckner’s comments about the team having a problem with “ego”.
