Joe wraps up hour 1 by letting you know what is going on with sports programs at local universities, such as Lindenwood and SIUE. In hour 2 of Sports Open Line, Joe Pott begins by talking with the head coach of the Missouri State Bears Football Team, Ryan Beard. Coach Beard breaks down their first FBS win over Marshall, and how it was no easy feat. We also hear about their home opener and what we can expect from the Bears going forward. Tom Ackerman sat down with Blues GM in waiting Alexander Steen, and he gives his input on what to look forward to from the Blues this season.
