In Hour 1 of Willard & Dibs, Mark Willard and Dan Dibley discuss San Francisco Giants' third base coach Hector Borg's issues as third base coach, and how the team should go about moving forward at the position. They also question Tony Vitello, and the few instances where he showed some managerial authority. In Hour 2, Willard & Dibs break down why the San Francisco Giants aren't and shouldn't be in a position to rebuild. This might be a tough stretch for the organization, but they don't need to tear things down right now. At the end of the hour, the guys break down a recent list of the most underrated NFL players -- a few of them are San Francisco 49ers' players.  In Hour 3, Willard & Dibs break down the first day of OTA's for the San Francisco 49ers and they hear from head coach Kyle Shanahan. Later, they discuss the WNBA and Caitlin Clark's impact on the league. In Hour 4, Willard & Dibs break down the WNBA's rise (and Caitlin Clark's impact) and where they go from here.
