It was a packed show with major headlines making noise across politics, pop culture, and public safety. President Donald Trump addressed tensions in the Middle East, saying he’s in no rush to end the conflict with Iran and extending a ceasefire while maintaining a U.S. naval blockade—arguing that Americans may accept higher gas prices if it prevents Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, celebrity news lit up social media as Kelly Rowland sparked viral conversations after debuting a noticeably updated look at recent events, fueling ongoing discussions about beauty standards, cosmetic enhancements, and public scrutiny in Hollywood.   The show also covered serious developments involving Rihanna, as court documents confirmed the woman accused of shooting at the singer’s Los Angeles home has officially lost custody of her child. A Florida judge ruled she will have no contact with the child while she remains jailed and faces attempted murder charges, citing safety concerns and prior mental health issues. In breaking news, a deadly shooting at the Mall of Louisiana near Baton Rouge left one person dead and several others injured after an argument between two groups escalated into gunfire inside the food court. Authorities say the incident was targeted, multiple suspects are in custody, and the investigation remains ongoing as community leaders call for accountability and calm.  Website: https://www.urban1podcasts.com/rickey-smiley-morning-show See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
