Fully Alive: Friends Forever

The 1981 Walt Disney classic “The Fox and the Hound” taught me what friendship really was. Friendship, as portrayed in the film, was about loyalty to another, even if it means you have to fight a bear to save your friend or stand in the line of fire to protect them from a hunter. “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” - John 15:13 We know this intuitively, for it’s the very reason that “The Fox and the Hound” resonates with our hearts and is such a moving tale to this day.
