First, The plaintiff was married to the defendant’s brother when he was murdered. After her husband’s death, the plaintiff says the defendant stole money from him, so she’s suing. The plaintiff claims he loaned the defendant money for court fees but has yet to be repaid, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists he made attempts to pay back the loan, but the plaintiff told him they should go on “Judge Mathis” to promote his magic show.
