A funky assortment from me in hour 1 with the usual selection of new and old, fast and slow, groovy and groovier… a couple of new bits from myself in the first hour too, and as an added bonus I had some tech issues so there’s not much of me talking! Hour 2 is all about Niall Martin, creator of top London night Disco Jukebox, who I’m thrilled to have on the show. This up and coming London DJ Niall Martin puts his own spin on high energy dance classics. His sets are firmly rooted in the sounds of dance floors from the last 50 years but with an eclectic pop sensibility. Largely inspired by 70's disco, 90's and 00's house anthems, electroclash, mash up DJ's and pop icons. As well as championing new DJs/producers and digging deep to find records you definitely need to hear! Niall currently runs a weekly night "Disco Jukebox" at late night East London queer venue, Village 512, a night which celebrates the best in Disco/ House.
