I got to spend a lunch break with Ha Mai, the mind, soul, and heart behind the brand Fur Face Boy. A highly attentive-to-detail T-shirt brand representing Ha's loves, pop culture, and all of the quirkiness in between! I spoke to Ha about how Fur Face Boy came about and why he started it back in 2009. We spoke about how he came up with the name. We spoke about the journey the brand and he has made these past 14 years and the different versions of the brand. We spoke about the difference between when he started (MySpace and the beginning of the Twitter era and social) to bring the brand back now. We spoke about the advice he gave me in 2010 and how it still translates now. Was awesome to catch up with Ha and great to see Fur Face Boy. Check out the Collab shirt on TheFurFaceBoy.com where all proceeds of the sale will go to 2nd Harvest Food Bank. Lunch with Biggie is a podcast about small business and creatives sharing their stories and inspiring you to pursue your passion, with some sandwich talk on the side.
