Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Seahawks WR sits down with Ian to discuss what he knows about the Seahawks' offense and why he wanted to be here. He also discusses what he's learned from the great quarterbacks he's played for - including Aaron Rodgers, Pat Mahomes and Josh Allen.  We cover the headlines of the day! Plus, what we heard from MVS. Jason Botterill, Kraken GM joins Ian to discuss the Kaapo Kakko signing as well as where the team stands on other players.   Ian takes issue with the Ken Behring era and he tells you why. But more importantly, there are plenty of legends to celebrate with the Seahawks and the team is doing so in the media room.  Hugh Millen sits down with Ian to tell us what to look forward to as we begin Seahawks training camp.  Corbin Smith, Emerald City Spectrum joins Ian to tell us what he knows so far about the Seahawks and what we can actually learn from training camp at this time of year.
