Furness Show 8-14: Gary Hill, Steve Palazzolo, Gregg Bell.

from The Ian Furness Show

Wow, the Mariners really took it on the chin last night - how long do you watch in a beating like that? Julio had a hit, but he looked uncomfortable on the basepaths. We have questions about his health right now. Also, Jamal Adams continues being exactly who we thought he was, and he showed it in joint practice between the Seahawks and the Titans.  Gary Hill, Mariners Broadcaster joins us following a rough 15-1 loss for the Mariners. How quickly can they flush that one? Plus, how bad were things for Julio last night as it looked as though he was laboring on the base paths? Gary fills us in on the more modern way of bringing guys back from injuries, as we were all surprised Julio didn't get a rehab assignment before returning. Finally, a look at the recent Robles signing.  Who are the Mariners right now? It's hard to tell with the current ups and downs.  Steve Palazzolo, The 33rd Team joins us for the first of many visits he'll have with us this football season. He discusses his new role and what he's looking forward to doing there. Steve is in Nashville and gives his insights from the Seahawks' joint practice with the Titans.  We take a listen to Mike Macdonald following Seahawks joint practice.  Coach Macdonald was pretty honest about what he could pay attention to during joint practice today, where he was focused on the defense today. Plus, Riq Woolen could have a bounce back like we've never seen before.  Gregg Bell is in Tennessee live at the Seahawks' joint practices with the Titans and he joins us to give us some insight on how it's going. Gregg takes us through some personnel notes, from those who sat out of practice and who is standing out to him. Jamal Adams continues to be what we expect him to be. There are some surprise names Gregg is seeing rise.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
