from Everything You Know About Jesus Is Wrong
Further Reading In the Acts of the Apostles, chapter 26, Paul is on trial for his life. When he explains how Jesus met him personally, and how it became clear that the Jewish Scriptures had always been pointing to Jesus, the Roman governor Festus accuses him of insanity. Paul replies, “I’m not insane. What I am saying is true and reasonable.” This book has tried to get at the truth of the person and message of Jesus. But my case for this truth has been built on a foundation of reason. If you want to explore that reason further, here are some incredible books on the subject: The Case for Christ – Lee Strobel - A journalist investigates the historical and evidential claims about Jesus. Reads like a detective story; excellent for seekers. Mere Christianity – C.S. Lewis - A classic that explores the rational basis for Christian belief, written in a conversational style by a former atheist. Great for skeptics and believers alike. The Reason for God: Belief in an Age of Skepticism – Tim Keller - Addresses common objections to Christianity with grace and intellectual depth. Ideal for thoughtful skeptics and urban audiences.
