Sometimes we know where we want to go, but we don't have a perfect map to get there. That doesn't mean we're lost. Sometimes the straight road works. Sometimes the road takes a few unexpected turns. Either way, the goal is to keep learning and growing where you're planted. Three ideas to take with you: Have a destination, but stay flexible about the route. Collect capabilities, not just credentials. Make where you are better because you're there.
