Previously, she’s held postdoctoral positions at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics in Garching, Germany, and at ITER Organization in Saint-Paul-lès-Durance, France.Dr Khan holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from the University of Manchester. Dr Khan’s areas of research interest include material deposition, irradiation effects and fuel retention.
