After transitioning from a senior corporate role to focus on her family, Geard observed that many highly skilled professionals, particularly mothers, were leaving the workplace due to limited flexible employment opportunities.  At the same time, businesses were seeking experienced talent but often did not require full-time roles.  RecruitMyMom was established to bridge this gap by connecting businesses with professionals seeking flexible and meaningful work. What began as a focused recruitment solution has grown into a specialist business serving companies across South Africa and internationally.
