Future Leaders: Girls Gearing Up

Courtney Adams is one of the Co-Founders and the Director of Girls Gearing Up International Leadership Academy, a Berlin-based non-profit organization dedicated to equipping and inspiring the next generation of globally-minded female leaders. She leads Girls Gearing Up's mostly volunteer team that includes educators and youth development professionals from eight countries in locations in Germany, India, and Malawi. Courtney was a Vital Voices Visionary in the 2023/24 cohort and a The Break Fellow in 2023.
