With a background spanning both clinical practice and product development, she is a dynamic leader with a strategic vision deeply rooted in her experience in healthcare. With a bachelor's in neurobiology from the University of Pennsylvania and a medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Ward went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Rutgers Robert Wood and served as chief resident there. She then worked as a primary care physician at Forward as well as a clinical product lead in the digital health and telehealth space. She was able to bring that combination of medical expertise and scientific rigor to her strategic leadership role now at Particle Health, with a focus on clinical informatics and data products.
