He has published dozens of scientific papers and lectured all over the world about brain health, metabolism, physical activity, and human performance. Dr. Tommy also spent more than a decade working as a performance consultant to professional athletes in multiple sports including several Olympians and world champions. In this episode, we dive into one of the most important conversations in modern health: how to protect, strengthen, and future-proof your brain.
