Every human longs to be fully alive. Pastor Eric shares his raw and personal story of his emotional health journey. In today's culture we are told "you are your emotions" and "you are defined by your emotions". Pastor Eric teaches we are designed to feel deeply, it is what makes us human. We also are not defined by our emotions but rather each emotion is an invitation to be discipled by Jesus. Being fully alive is being able to respect, feel and process all the emotions in life. If we embrace this beautiful part of our humanity, it will enable us to be a vital part of the healing of humanity in a broken world.
