In talking about personal development, he started with leadership (mission first, people always). His book, Sug-ar Kook-ie (L.I.F.E. is a Bittersweet Recipe), is a novel with multiple messages. He is the founder and CEO of Premium Marketing Plus with the goal of building a community of business owners to share ideas. I met Davion in my Lincoln University classroom over 10 years ago. He graduated with a BLS in business as a 2nd Lt in the US Army. He served in the Missouri National Guard for 7 years, wrote a book, started a business, found himself, got engaged, and is getting his masters in higher ed in May.
