FYOB Weekend Golden Nuggets I Learned

from Restoring Human Movement

SHOW NOTES   Sebastian's Book: I Will Beat Back Pain   In this episode, I cover my weekend at Fix Your Own Back (FYOB) put on by Dr Phillip Snell out in Phoenix, AZ. This was my second time to this workshop. The first time was amazing, but as expected, I learned less the second time around… HOWEVER I did learn quite a bit at dinner, the airport and after the workshop from the attending clinicians. I've alway be a big fan of the "after seminar learning experience." This weekend did not disappoint. It was a great reminder of the skills I need to get better at and that I should continue to revisit some of the old skills. Enjoy   . . . .   Sebastian's Youtube Channel Attention Docs and Fitness Professionals: Access your client educational products, banners and posters here. Dr. Sebastian Gonzales is an expert in trouble shooting sports injuries and overuse conditions. This podcast is intended for sports medicine topics to become easier for patients and athletes to understand. Don't get confused by what your doctor told you in your appointment. If you like in Orange County CA, book an exam with Dr. Gonzales, your Huntington Beach Chiropractor.
