G Mason's Tough Non-Conference Schedule | George Mason Patriots Basketball News

George Mason’s 2026-27 non-conference slate is stacked with NCAA Tournament-caliber matchups, featuring three teams that made the field last year and a program-record 11 home games — including two top-100 showdowns. They open against UMBC, then hit Florida for games vs. UMKC and Bradley before hosting South Florida in a new home-and-home series. A reunion with Villanova in an exhibition pits them against Skinn’s former boss Kevin Willard. High Point, a conference powerhouse, follows, then Bryant and McDaniel at home, plus a neutral-site tilt in Baltimore vs. Towson. With key returnees and a strong incoming class, the Patriots are primed for a breakout season under coach Tony Skinn.
