Richard Shell is the Thomas Gerrity Professor of Legal Studies, Business Ethics and Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.Professor Shell is a creator of Wharton’s popular “Success Course”, and an author of four award-winning books on the art of negotiation, persuasion, and success, including the book Springboard: Launching Your Personal Search for Success, we discuss in today’s episode.
