Gab & Jam Episode 81 Tips for Staying Prolific Video Description This episode is a part of our Blog-vember 2019 trifecta of three posts a day—a video, a podcast, and a blog post. This year the focus is tips for the D.I.Y. Rock Star. We developed these methods through our own decades worth of experiences. (Of course, if you prefer to listen to the podcast episode, click this link: ) The BIG Take-aways: Our biggest tip is to “surrender to the muse.” When you feel an idea, grab some tech or grab your guitar, etc. and put it down. Stay open to the stimulus around you and channel it into your art consistently. Pretty soon, you will find that you will have an over-abundance of ideas that are useful, when it is time to create. Always stay open to share those ideas to the artists around you, so that the process can flow between you. Often you will end up with something completely beautiful and unexpected when you combine your ideas with someone else’s.
