Gail has reached a lot of milestones, as she left her success behind in the corporate world to create Caulipower (a better for you meal option in pizza crust option, which has since expanded into other product lines—some of which she announced on this podcast!). The brand was named one of the top 10 World’s Most Innovative Food Companies in 2022 by Fast Company and is now worth more than 2% in the $5 billion United States pizza market.
