Gail Redmond Steps Down After 17 Years | Belfast News

After 17 years at the helm, Gail Redmond steps down as CEO of Via Wings, the Dromore-based charity she founded in 2009 — starting with food support and expanding into wellbeing, counseling, and community programs that transformed thousands of lives. Her legacy includes launching social enterprises like the Pre-Loved Boutique, which fueled vital income while serving the community. Redmond thanks everyone who helped build Via Wings’ success and will stay until April to ensure a seamless transition. Emma Harrison, a longtime trusted leader within the organization, takes over as CEO, ready to carry forward the mission and adapt to new community needs — with the board and staff united in optimism for what’s next.
