Gain The Best

from Be Encouraged

“but if I do them, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, so that you may know and understand that the Father is in Me, and I in the Father.” (John 10:38) If you do not trust the historical Jesus, trust the work of the Father in your heart. Love, joy, peace, easygoing, mercy, submissiveness, tolerance, and hopeful confidence. These are not natural to humanity. These are natural to Holy Spirit. The flesh is eager to get, while the Spirit is eager to give. The one giving is God. Give and be like God. You cannot initiate the need, time, place, or reason to give . Yield to the Best and give the Best. Father, I submit to Your will for me to trust You as Your Son continues to trust You through me. I trust You.
