Gallipolis DORA Policy: River Views Or Hangover Blues?

A coalition of area pastors and churches are coming together to oppose the Gallipolis, OH effort to allow a DORA policy. A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), if passed, would allow for open containers of alcohol to be carried in the downtown and riverfront areas.
