In this interview, we were able to talk Bitcoin with Nicolas & Chris from Galoy, an open source Bitcoin banking infrastructure project and startup, and the team behind the Bitcoin Beach Lightning wallet popularized by El Salvador's Bitcoin Beach community project, in El Zonte.  Nicolas & Chris talk about their upcoming Lightning Network focused conference, Adopting Bitcoin, which will take place November 16th-19th in San Salvador, El Salvador, with the final day at Bitcoin Beach, in El Zonte.  They also discuss their work with Galoy, the state of Bitcoin adoption on the ground in El Salvador,  Galoy's vision for Bitcoin Banking as a service, and many other interesting Bitcoin-related topics.
