Gangnam Busters

Gangnam Style. Ghostbusters. New York City. Too much free time. MP3 Download: http://www.blakebuck.com/media/GangnamBusters.mp3 YouTube Video: http://youtu.be/dsOvzNlv8T4 This mashup was produced by DJ PopChopper (aka Blake Buck) and filmed over several weeks in a variety of NYC locations. The main track was mixed using Ableton Live, the footage was edited using Final Cut Pro 7 and Motion, and the 'Super Smash' video sampling was achieved using Ableton Live and Native Instrument's Maschine controller (for drumming video clips). Despite filming in crowded locations like Time Square and the New York Public Library, we were largely ignored by most passersby. The only location we had a problem at was Lincoln Center, where a cop respectfully asked us to leave after a few minutes of filming. It was a lot of fun to produce, so subscribe if you enjoy. More mashups like this are coming soon!
