Bei einer Subgruppe von CRC Patienten im Stadium II oder III mit Alterationen im PI3K-Signalweg führte die zusätzliche Gabe von Aspirin zu einer Halbierung (!!) der Rezidivraten. Ebenso war ein strukturiertes Sportprogramm bei Patienten nach Resektion und anschließender adjuvanter Chemotherapie mit einem deutlich verbesserten krankheitsfreien Überleben assoziiert.
