She began her career as a securities lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP where she represented both public and private companies, and investment dealers in a variety of industries including mining, infrastructure, business, commercial finance, fintech and cannabis. Andra is an accomplished and proven change agent with international experience in facilitating M&A transactions, structuring and developing scalable frameworks in emerging industries, and skilled in capital raising. In 2022, Andra partnered with RAMI Global, a real estate asset tokenization group based in Barbados, with projects coming to market mid 2023. Andra sits as a director and board member of multiple public companies as well as being Chair of Canada Recess Guardians, a public registered charity. Andra obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University, Faculty of Law in Australia, a Double Honours Degree as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), English and French from York University in Toronto, and studied International Law at London School of Economics (LSE) in London, UK. Andra is a member of the Ontario Bar.
