As a seasoned entrepreneur and businessman, Jonathan’s many successful ventures have yielded outsized returns due to his vision and incredible skill set in building amazing companies. He currently focuses on community empowerment and social impact infrastructure through innovative investment opportunities.  In his prior role as CEO of Wookey purchaser of Sansar, he turnaround a 12 year old Search Engine company to orchestrate the acquisition of a brand of VR technology unlike any of its kind in the industry to animate the contents of the web. (www.lindenlab.com/releases/wookey_project_corp_acquires_sansar).   In the field of data processing; Jon developed the intake forms, questionnaires, and processes for Bank of America, Wamu acquired by Chase, and other banks to assess the feasibility of loan modifications in the mortgage crisis of 2008 personally affecting $250 million in his beta group. From 2013-2016 he developed software under the name of Homeland Immigration Services for the automation of translation of all government forms, which he sold to co-founder xoogler as expansion of google translate and then pivoted to helping in the Haitian migrant crisis of 2015. Later in 2018, he was the founder and inventor of the In-Court app, software for stand-in legal personnel with machine learning and AI to remove bias in the distribution of justice. Then in 2019, he architected and invented an e-registry and e-vault service for startups and early stage investors.   As a Bay Area native, Jonathan has cultivated an extensive Rolodex of influential partners both locally and abroad. Jonathan’s pragmatic business acumen has been defined through his ability to quickly raise capital, hire incredible talent and effortlessly navigate the many challenges presented in any start-up culture.  Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys sailing, restoring boats, racing cars, playing golf and tennis and has raised money for Jerry’s Kids (MS Society), housing homeless veterans, and volunteers his time for worthy causes.
