Guest:   Niki Bell, USA & International Investor Strategist  Niki Bell is an Investment Strategist in the private sector, representing investors and their already existing deal flow in the USA and Internationally for over 13 years. She has forged her own path and continues to pioneer her way in investment intuition. In her own words, “I am the INVESTORS’ RIGHT HAND MAN!” She works with all types of investors, and in particular, conscious-minded-transformative investors who seek to create global change. These investors must have an issue that needs resolution in their daily operations. She helps investors make strategic choices when investing in multi-million dollar projects from $500-800 million and more. She mitigates and manages risks, initiates and helps to close deals. She reviews, approves, and disapproves several projects daily regarding deal flow for her investors. She creates and performs due diligence, leads and investors team(s), conducts financial investigations into companies, strategizes J-curve analysis for recovery, making sure the investors are in federal & international government compliance (i.e.SEC, FINRA), reviews contracts, attends meetings for him/her, retains relationships with other investors, businesses, stakeholders, and start-ups on the investors behalf, and much more. These relationships are built on humanistic commonality, trust, loyalty, transparency and building an investor's processes where none may have existed. She is a wealth of knowledge, experience, and always pushing to make an impact on a global scale. Innovation,transparency, the ability to pivot, and change are important values to her when working with investors. Her biggest project is continuing to create a fund for world peace centers around the world. Next to integrity and staying humble, she believes that “Money is energy” irrespective of one’s background, such as: religion, education, race, or one’s politics. We are all brothers and sisters.
