Following his studies at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formerly RSAMD), Gary joined the cast of Scottish soap River City as hairdresser Robbie Fraser. 8 years in the role, he made the decision to pursue other opportunities and to date has starred in the likes of Outlander, The North Water and mostly recently, BAFTA nominated, Boiling Point. Gary’s passion for his craft, combined with his talent and hard work ethic have fuelled an incredibly varied career, which includes solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. Working in a serious industry, often fraught with uncertainty, Gary’s superpower is his impressive wit and ability to find the funny in life often sharing his hilarious antics on his Instagram page.
