Over the last decade, he has also helped professionals make personal and career changes as co-chair of the Warwick Business School mentoring programme and as a steering committee member for its mentoring program. He spent most of his career in banking and financial markets. However, through his consulting and coaching work, he has also worked with clients in manufacturing, construction, logistics, food processing, and IT services.
