Gary Sinise Band Honors Veterans in Vermont | Montpelier News

Gary Sinise, the beloved actor known for his role as Lieutenant Dan, is bringing his iconic Lt. Dan Band to Vermont for a heartfelt concert at Camp Johnson in Colchester on September 25th — a special night dedicated to honoring veterans, service members, first responders, and their families. This event, tied to his long-standing Gary Sinise Foundation, celebrates those who’ve sacrificed, served, or lost loved ones in the line of duty. Since launching the band in 2003 and his foundation in 2011, Sinise has turned music into mission, offering community, comfort, and gratitude to those who protect us. It’s a powerful homecoming for Vermont Air National Guard members recently returned from overseas — and a reminder that heroes deserve to be celebrated.
