Gary Sofen - Revisiting Lake Oconee Bistro + Some Straight Economic Talk!

My guest today is no stranger to many of you and certainly not a stranger to our Lure of the Lake podcast. Gary Sofen is returning to bring us up to date on the restaurant industry in general, and specifically what has been happening at Lake Oconee Bistro, since we last spoke about a year ago! Gary will tell us about the current employment situation, what has happened with the supply chain issues and give us some great insight on what it is like to be in the tough restaurant business.
