Gas prices, Addiction Treatment, and Calgary Fringe Festival

Have you noticed gas prices rising over the past few days in the city of Calgary? Well, we’re not alone. With prices at the pumps climbing across the nation and in some Provinces, the cost to fill-up is inching closer to $2 per litre. So, what’s behind the latest jump?
