Gas prices on the rise again, White House launches "Freedom Fuel Network"

The changing fuel and oil prices have been a nightmare over the last few months. Just when you think we're getting some relief, the prices shoot right back up. The War in Iran has made things all sorts of topsy-turvy, but could a plan called the "Freedom Fuel Network" help drive prices down?
