We reached Dr. Jeffrey Siegel, a professor of civil and mineral engineering at the University of Toronto. AND It’s hard to believe and it’s happening more than you may think. Organized crime groups are behind a string of real estate frauds in the GTA. Thirty homes have either been sold or mortgaged without the real owners’ knowledge and experts say the majority of victims are boomers. So what can you do to safeguard against becoming a victim? Christine Ross spoke with Brian King, President of private investigation firm King International Advisory Group.
