This contaminant causes nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Affected: lot numbers TL8K, YH9X, and YH9Y for the 120-count packages; and X78N for the 72-count packages. All affected lots have an expiration date of November 30, 2028.This contaminated product was sold nationwide during April and May 2026.Check the lot number on your Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels.
