Gassy Aliens

We watched episodes 3, 4, and 5 of Doctor Who series 1, “The Unquiet Dead,” “Aliens of London,” and “World War Three.” Having survived the adventure in the distant future, Rose is transported to the past to deal with the walking dead in 1869 Cardiff. Charles Dickens makes an entertaining appearance; although poor Gwyneth doesn’t make it out of the episode, it’s not the last we’ll see of the talented Eve Myles. In “Aliens of London” and “World War Three,” we meet the Slitheen (ew) and Harriet Jones (MP for Flydale North); we will see both again in (different) future episodes of Doctor Who. Leave a comment!
