Gauteng Education Department to implement new security measures at schools

The Gauteng Education Department says it is looking at implementing new security measures in order to ensure safety at some of the schools in the province. These measures include installing security cameras, including deploying armed guards in order to tackle rampant violence, gangsterism, bullying and substance abuse by learners.
