Newsom submits a nearly $350 billion budget for his final year in office, a massive increase from when he first took office. Jim lists many different economic categories in which California ranks among the worst states despite having so many natural advantages.Finally, Jim and Greg cringe as Virginia Democrats open their legislative session by pushing the radical agenda many feared was coming.
