In 2015 Mark Shrayber & his fiance Allen traveled to Morehead, KY to get married-- the same town where county clerk Kim Davis refused to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples citing religious beliefs. Davis was held in contempt of court and jailed for 6 days. Mark & Allen arrived in Morehead just in time for her release. As a journalist, Mark was chasing a story. As a couple, they were realizing a dream. Then they found themselves in the middle of a terrifying family values rally facing both violent discrimination and unconditional acceptance.
