The continuing saga of Trump's tax returns . . . . . The SCOTUS decision was a clear win for President Trump. He's not going to have to turn over his tax returns before the November election and it's possible he'll never have to turn over them. The Court decided in a 7-2 decision that there is a separation of powers issue and they sent both cases back to the lower courts so you're going to see continued litigation over this.
