GB 1500m Runner Callum Elson

On this episode Joe and Jake have GB international Callum Elson on the show. During this episode we chat about Callums rapid progression during Covid when he switched from university football to running a sub 4 minute mile in his 2nd ever one mile race. We also talk about Callum only just missing out on $50,000 dollars and a one mile road world record.
